Agreement to terms
By using Focura ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Not a pharmacy. Not a guarantee of prescription.
Focura is a telehealth platform โ not a pharmacy. We connect you with licensed clinicians who evaluate patients independently. Submitting an intake form does not guarantee a prescription. Prescriptions for controlled substances, including stimulant ADHD medications, are issued entirely at clinician discretion and subject to applicable federal and state law.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Service. Focura is currently available to residents of states where our clinician network is licensed to practice. We do not provide services to minors.
What we provide
- An intake process to connect you with a licensed clinician
- A telehealth consultation conducted by a board-certified provider
- Where clinically appropriate and legally permissible: a prescription sent to a pharmacy of your choice
- Ongoing care, refills, and check-ins for active patients
Medical disclaimer
The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Only a licensed clinician can diagnose conditions or recommend treatments. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Payments
- Consultation fees are charged at the time of booking or intake completion
- Ongoing care plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled
- Refunds are available if your intake has not yet been reviewed by a clinician
- We do not bill insurance โ Focura is a self-pay service
Controlled substances
Stimulant medications (e.g., Adderall, Ritalin, Vyvanse) are Schedule II controlled substances under federal law. Prescribing is subject to DEA regulations and state-specific telemedicine prescribing rules. Focura and its clinicians comply fully with applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Focura's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to clinical outcomes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Active patients will be notified of material changes by email.
